Passenger Car
Length:
2 miles
Time:
Less than an hour

Description

Called simply "Scenic Drive," this drive isn't one you'll need to map out hours for. It's only two miles long. But those two miles allow you to see El Paso and Juarez, even some of New Mexico, from a spectacular vantage. It's also very close to McKelligon Canyon.

The draw, the importance of Scenic Drive is difficult to explain until you drive it. Voted "Best Place to Show Off the Area" by El Paso, it shows exactly how well the sister cities of Juarez and El Paso have integrated, grown together, even. It's hard to see until you're perched on that point 4,222 feet above sea level and looking down.
