Description

This is a district of Victorian homes and historic chapels. Also keep an eye out for a large colony of Green Parakeets near the chapel. The cane beds near Laredo Community College (part of this general area) are often filled with White-collared Seedeater, Verdin, and Green Jay.

Basic Directions
Take US 83 west to the eastern access road of I-35, which you'll take over the intersection, where the access road will become Washington St. At the first light after the bridge, turn right onto Prime Road and follow that to Ainsworth Road. You'll turn left on Sheridan and park.
