This far south, the winter high temperatures tend to be in the seventies, but the Gulf breezes keep the summer heat gentle. The rain comes a little more frequently than the drier parts of Texas, but expect a lot of sun. Do keep in mind that the farther away from the coast you get, the hotter the Valley becomes.
