A fun beginner trail, and fun for the slightly more speed-happy non-beginner. The trail is heavily lined with trees and you're darting between them in tight twist and turns.

There are two loops beside this lake and if you ride them both, you'll circle it entirely. Much of this is pretty smooth going for most bikers, but there are technical areas and steep (if short) climbs. The West Loop is a little easier than the East one, as a whole.

This is sedate, soft track with a few roots jutting into the trail to make things just a bit trickier in spots. The workout is good, the ride isn't too technical. This is a trail for relaxation and fine scenery. Do note that this is a hiking trail, too.
