During the summer, the Black-chinned Hummingbirds congregate in this ranch in numbers unknown anywhere else in Texas. Even if you come in other seasons, you'll find plenty of bird species and perhaps deer, at that.

Miss Hattie's was, indeed, a bordello that operated through the first half of the twentieth century until the Texas Rangers shut it down. It's been restored much to how it looked then.
